1. Almonds

Being rich in vitamin B12 and zinc, almonds can be useful in preventing anxiety. Take 10 almonds and soak them in water overnight. Next morning, remove their skin. Now, take 1 cup of warm milk, a pinch of ginger, a pinch of nutmeg and almonds in a mixing jar and prepare fine juice. Drink this juice continuously for a couple of days at night before you sleep.

2. Baking Soda

Take 1/3 cup each of ginger and baking soda and add in your bath tub. Bathe in tub for approximately 15 minutes and have shower after you feel stress-free.

3. Oil Massage

Heat about 6 ounces of any oil such as coconut oil, sesame oil, corn oil or sunflower oil until it turns warm. Massage the oil all over the body including the bottom of the feet and your scalp before taking bath in the morning.

4. Honey and Lemon Juice

Mix 1 teaspoon of ground ginger, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and ½ teaspoon of honey. Drink this solution 3 times a day in order to lessen the level of anxiety and depression.

5. Cardamom Powder

Take 3 to 4 cardamom seeds and crush them to prepare fine powder. Add ½ teaspoon of this crushed cardamom powder into a glass of water. Mix well and drink it. Repeat the process on a daily basis to prevent depression.

13. Celery

Presence of a large amount of folic acid and potassium in celery prevents nervousness in individuals. Eat 2 cups of raw or cooked celery with your meal or whenever you feel like eating. Eat it on daily basis for a week or two to get relief from anxiety.

14. Chamomile

Take a cup of boiling water and put some dried chamomile flowers in it. Steep it for a couple of minutes and drink the prepared tea once or twice a day. Continue drinking for at least 4 weeks to curb anxiety.

15. Lemon Balm
