1. Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV)

Apple cider vinegar is the best treatment for food poisoning due to its alkaline effect. In a cup of hot water, mix 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar. Drink the prepared tea before eating your meal. As an alternative, you can also consume 2 to 3 teaspoons of undiluted apple cider vinegar.

2. Ginger

Ginger tea reduces the symptoms of food poisoning. Boil a cup of water and one teaspoon grated ginger for a couple of minutes. Now, add some honey or sugar. Alternatively, one or two drops of ginger juice to one teaspoon of honey can also be used. Eat it a couple of times a day. Or else, directly consume slices of raw ginger.

3. Yogurt and Fenugreek Seeds
