Now lean over a cleaning tub and rinse your nose with the distilled water mixture. Make the distilled water run from one nostril to the other. 5. Nasal Bulb

If not a neti pot, then you can also make use of the nasal bulb. This nasal bulb is available in all pharmacies. Use it just like the neti pot with distilled water mixture, to clean your nostrils.

6. Baking Soda

Since chemical-based products trigger allergy, you should prefer vinegar or baking soda for cleaning your house. Both baking soda and vinegar are good suppressants of allergens.
