  • Juice of 1 Lemon

Mash avocado and mix it with other ingredients to make a smooth paste. Apply it on the skin for 20 minutes. Rinse with water and pat dry.

Precautions

  • Do not let the face pack get into your eyes.
  • Do not go out in the sun after application of a face mask having turmeric as one of the ingredients.
  • Try incorporating cooked meal as dry oatmeal can make the skin rough and dry.
  • Use organic oatmeal.
  • Perform a patch test before application of any mask to check if it is suitable for your skin.
  • Oatmeal benefits the skin, but regular application of the mask may make the skin very sensitive.
