Home Remedies for Gum Ache
1. Tea Bags
To get relief from sore and inflamed gums, you need to soak a tea bag in the boiling water. Let it cool. Then, place the tea bag on the affected region and leave it for five minutes. The tannic acid present in tea helps fight against gum infection.
2. Sea Salt Solution
Sea salt works wonders to treat the aching gums, as it destroys the infecting bacteria. Simply, add some sea salt to a glass of water.
